Fact, bloggers and most likely writers nowadays tend to ink their writing pads only if they find something interesting. Often times, we write just for the sake of meeting our scheduled deadline. Sinulog 2012 Lights at Night

It's my first time to wander around Cebu City on the grandest festival of the province of Cebu, Sinulog. I was not actually planning to go out from the corners of my house but then my schoolmate had invited me to enjoy a bit at Cebu Business Park to watch the Dragon Fireworks Display yesterday.

It so happened that I was busy capturing photos of the dark sky filled with sparkling lighters that I did not realize it was better to film the whole display. It was for the last minute that I had realize to film the display. That explains why the video is short.
