Bloggers, journalists, geeks, online and offline personalities, including some student leaders from different universities around Cebu were in attendance at Marcelo Fernan Press Center , Sudlon, Lahug, Cebu last Sept. 22 to join the first ever Social Good Summit Cebu.

Social Good Summit is an international event spearheaded by the United Nations Foundation and Mashable. The summit aims to bunch up technologists, passionate activists, as well as influential minds to unlock the great potential of new media and technology in the goal of making the world a better place.

Jaysee Pingkian promotes CBSi ActNow Project.
During the summit, Jaysee Pingkian, Outreach Committee Chair of CBSi pointed out amid his introduction on "ActNow", an outreach Project of CBSi that social media is a good place to venture the goal of making the world a better place.
