Lapu-lapu Liberty Shrine |
Com. Hembler : In the
past year, we were having hard time to settle out how to place the stalls of
the participating establishments, but this year, these problems have been
approached. All is running smooth, up to the security, we have deployed over
200 police officers to keep an eye on the activity.
Aside from the most awaited
re-enactment of the event that had happened 491 years ago, other activities
include the production numbers of the participating hotels, Street Dance
Competition, Midnight Beer Run, boxing fights, pyrotechnics, and street parties.
In the future, the
organizers are planning to install satellite stages to give access to all the
visitors and tourists in watching shows around the Liberty Shrine.
